Full of Beans

Full of Beans is a fun, free healthy lifestyle class for children aged 2yr-5yrs and their families. Our programme,
which runs over 10 weeks, is inviting all families from across Lanarkshire to come along and learn some handy hints and tips on how to help with fussy eating, healthy snacking & managing screen time while enjoying some fun physical activity.
